Buckwheat Valley Citizens Coalition (BVCC) is often asked to provide legal assistance in citizen actions to protect their land rights and other environmental issues. BVCC is not staffed to provide legal advise and does not offer legal opinions on any topic or subject matter. However, although BVCC does not specifically endorse any one legal source, we are of the opinion that citizens and local government bodies should become aware of their legal rights, and of legal services, which we think are worthy of consideration.
