"ENERGY APPLICATION RESOLUTION"
Buckwheat Valley Citizens Coalition (BVCC) offered public comment before Wisconsin's Sauk County Board of Supervisors (SCBS) meeting held in Baraboo, Wisconsin on 6-21-2011. The message BVCC delivered was short and brief. We submitted a resolution format called the "Energy Application Resolution" followed by our 3 minute synopsis on American Transmission Company's high voltage - high capacity Badger Coulee electric corridor proposal.
This "Energy Application Resolution" is part of a new BVCC campaign to encourage ATC to reveal to the public vital data and proposal information the public has requested regarding the ATC Badger Coulee Application, now before the Public Service Commission (PSC) of Wisconsin.
